For some reason. My valve stem caps (4 grey metal barrel style) were stolen and replaced with some ugly plastic fluorescent green ones. Unfortunately, I didn't notice this until I washed my Explorer on Tuesday. I'm not happy at all about this.

Made an online appointment so I would not have to be with out a car for 4-5 hours. That did not matter they did not have the tires I requested and told me there were people in front of me. I also never got a phone call to say my vehicle was done.

Employees were very nice and attentive. Appointment scheduling and check in was easy as possible. They even accepted a coupon that I had for my tires that expired the day before my appointment!

I have been coming here for over two years and I was disappointed that the associate was trying to charge me extra for the grade of oil I use, it is not synthetic.

Felt like I was being scared into purchasing a service and product I know I didn't need. I also asked before to have my tires rotated. Before I went in the pay, I checked and saw that they weren't. I questioned them and they said they were and that they're just wearing evenly. They didn't realize I had the tires marked, and I saw they weren't rotated.

I made an appointment to have a particular tire installed and received a confirmation. However, when I arrived, I was told that the tire was not available and had to pay for a more expensive tire.

had an oil change, Freon added to truck, fluids and tire rotation...after adding Freon and recharge...air conditioner was acting up as was stated to me...unknown what problem was...needed to bring truck back again. 5 hours to accomplish and $233 bill..plus another $125 for taking car back today for air specialist to re-review problem

Team led by Manager Fred Salazar is very knowledgeable and there is always a friendly and welcoming environment. They speak to you in simple terms to obtain full understanding of issues found. There is consistent updates on the progress of the work being done. The recommended work is honest with no pressure to purchase. Store has done well to provide a safe environment when dealing with covid compliance. All customers are properly spaced out and in protective gear as well as employees. Will continue to give this store my business and maintenance of my 4 vehicles.

Maybe it's just me but I start off w/high expectations then reality kicks in. I'm sorry for assuming but I thought when a customer calls & the person taking the call is asking for info (ph #, email, name, verifying car) that maybe they were entering it into the computer for future use/tentative appt. I know they deal w/a lot of people all day everyday & maybe shortcuts are taken to speed up the process. Called 3/21 to explain situation, 3/22 - actually able to make it in on time but had to repeat info given on 3/21 & still not all items completed when I signed for my car. They took it back to complete but I got the feeling the it was a rushed job, only time will tell. They never gave me a copy of work done after taking the car back, so I guess I must call to get it or stop by to pick it up. I make it a habit to keep receipts as proof of work done. Overall, left with a headache to add to a crazy, wet day.

Pretty basic oil change. The O-ring leaked after first attemp but they changed it out and there appears to be no leak.

I walked in Big O Tires since my rear driver side tire was low and felt bit frustrated since I had purchased a used tire elsewhere twice before and felt they had not been completely honest with me in replacing my tire or explaining my options. When I was helped by Justin he was patient in hearing me out and explaining to me the options I had and did not try to sell me all 4 tires, but rather based on his experience gave me his advice. He was knowledgeable and helpful and saved me money. It is because of dedicated people like Justin that I would refer friends and family to this facility.
