Big O Tires

My only complaint is that the cost of my oil change was about double what it would have cost me at Walmart. I went to Big O because when I had my tires done there I got great service. I also remember being told that an oil change was around 40 dollars and a few more for synthetic. So in my mind, I was thinking it would be between 40 and 50 dollars, but no, it was about 80 bucks! I was given a 10 dollar off coupon but with taxes it was still 80 bucks. In the future I will absolutely never bring my car in for an oil change here. I will go spend half at Walmart or have my son do it for me. Everything else was just fine though, and I will bring it in when I need tires.

The quality of work I receive there is always a great experience. Service advisors keep me Informed on my vehicles while they are being serviced and the cost is affordable .

I bought a set of tires. Installed promptly, we drove 11,465 miles around the US and Canada in 53 days. 0 problems. The tires are nowrotated and we are on our next trip.

Fred is always helpful when I come in. I bring my 1999 Tacoma and my 2018 rav 4 for brakes and oil changes. I’ve never had any issues and they offer to fix any that arise.

Had my car towed in on 01/02 because the check engine light came on at close to closing time. On 01/03 they called to say it was a simple fix and it was ready to go. Best of all was that there was no charge! Thank you James, Justin and Alex!!

We take all our family cars for tires and service. I came from West Covina since they closed the store near our home. I took the car in at 7:15am and they were short staff because of illness. The car was finished at 6:00pm. I had to take it back again on Saturday, because it was still not running smooth. I spent another $75. for spark plug wires when I had to bring it back on Saturday. When I brought it back on Saturday I reminded them to reset the Oil Life percentage and they forgot again. I was able to figure out how to reset it myself. The people at Chino are friendly and professional.

I was taken in completely last minute. Jaime took me in and was able to accommodate me on such short notice with awesome customer service.

Came in with an oil change coupon. Unfortunately for me it didn't apply because my vehicle takes half synthetic and half regular oil. In the future, it would be nice to see a coupon that works for mulit-synthetic vehicles that require more than 5 quarts.

He was honest with me about the time it would take so I knew what to expect. Can’t ask for more than that.
