Big O Tires

I been using Big O Tires in Chino, CA. Until this day I had no issues with the services. I left Longo Toyota. I like how the Service Manager helps out by explaining why I need my vehicle service.

Ease of making an appointment, customer service, and quality of the service.

Had an unexpected radiator issue on Memorial day weekend and the part couldn't be found anywhere in southern california so Fred went on the hunt for my part and found it in Tenn. And a few days later my car was fixed. Thanks guys

Associate was friendly and communicated accurately.

Sadly I don’t know if it was me that didn’t hear or the person didn’t tell me, but the tire was needed to be at hand in order for the warranty. So i has to go back to the place that changed my wheel and luckily they still had it! So maybe Big O Tires should rewrite their warranty because what if I didn’t have the tire anymore? Would I not have gotten the warranty? Even if i had the other three tires in tact and the original paperwork? But overall I was satisfied.

very helpful, full explanation of the testing and needs of the car. told me i didnt need tires yet. but shaking was due to brakes and alignment.
