The guy at the desk was helpful, and kind, when he had a line he greeted everyone and let them know he would be right with them.

This facility took my reservations right away, and when I arrived at exactly the time of my appointment, they took me right away. They said it should take about 45 minutes, but it took less than half of that time, so I was very happy about that.

Everything there was great. I take all my vehicles there and I also got my in-laws to take there vehicles there for service. I recommend to all my friends and family to go here for service.

The service was great, the service clerk did great communication..he informed me when hat my air filter needed to be changed..overall had no problems whatsoever…the wait was a little longer than what he said but only about 15 minutes

Went in with a persistent low tire warning. They checked all the tires thoroughly, including submerging in water, found no issues and got me back on the road in record time.

Sarf and Fred always go above and beyond. I came in for a standard oil change and tire rotation. There were black marks on the side of my car and Fred took it upon himself to remove them himself without me even asking. Keep up the awesome work!

Good experience, but I haven't really had a problem with this company. I had a rebate that never came through, but as far as the shop in Chino, CA. The service has always been good. They don't force you to by extra stuff, but they let you know what available. As a female you never really like taking your vehicle in because it always feels like someone is trying to take advantage of you, but not here... I have been taking my CRV there for a long time, then I just took my truck there and same great service...

Always a pleasure. Friendly, helpful staff. Timely with work, fair pricing and communicative. Always bring my vehicles. In the rare event they make an error, they make right on it.
