I just want to thank Fred, Alex and ALL of the staff and technicians for the great service on this most recent visit. My check engine light had been on and I needed to get a smog check so I took it to Big O. The technician detected the issue and we had the repairs done, along with some other items that needed attending to. Unfortunately, even after driving it the recommended 100 miles it failed the second smog check. My husband took the jeep back to Big O and Alex looked at the smog results and said that some cars need to be driven 300 miles before the issue is reset. We drove it over 300 miles and low and behold it passed the smog! We didn't have to spend any more money on repairs! Thank you, thank you.

They got me in and out ok for not having an appointment. But, my car needed an air filter, but they did not have one in stock. Ask me to go purchase one and come back and they would put it in for me. Yes

I called and the service person knew Exactly what was wrong and how to fix it. He invited me to drop off immediately. I was impressed by this gentlemen's professional, customer friendly attitude and, most importantly his knowledge. Other tire and alignment shops did not know what I needed.
