Big O Tires

I recently brought in both my cars for servicing. I had oil changes, tire rotations and brakes done and it didn't break the bank. The customer service was very professional for both appointments. I will be back in the future.

We take all of our vehicles to Big O. They always explain the service needed and what to expect on future visits.

I came in for an alignment/ brake inspection and when I came for pick up I was told that I had a torn CV boot. The guys at the front were very informative about it, and even recommended I go back to the dealership to get the job done free of charge, since it should be a manufacturer defect. That just shows the level of customer service Big O Tires offers. I’m definitely coming back to them in the near future.

They weren’t actually able to fix my problem due to not having Subaru parts or access to them, however they did accurately diagnose the problem and checked for safety issues, and did so at no charge.
