Staff took care of my tire efficiently and in record time, and enabled me to make my speaking engagement on time.

Friendly staff, fully explained problems, worked to make the price as painless as possible, wait time was reasonable.

I initially called Costco who put me on hold for 15 minutes and told me it would be a 5 hour wait. I then called you guys and talked to will. Will was very friendly and helpful on the phone. When I told him my car type and that I had work in two hours he said he'd be able to do it within that time frame. I came to the store and will greeted me. He helped me and was very knowledgeable and as friendly as he was on the phone. He didn't trick me or try to upsell me which I definitely appreciated and felt at ease because of it. The techs completed my car in less than the time will estimated and I was on my way with no worries or stress! I definitely would recommend you guys

Great service as always

My car is almost brand new(2023 Kona electric) 5,000 miles on it. So I brought there instead of the car dealer(free next 3 years) for the tire rotation. So save the time(dealer says it will take 2h) but Big O tire took only 35 mins. Also my car had some alignment problem so they explained and showed us the data. We agreed to fix it, the cost we paid was little more than we expected but definitely we will come back again. Thank you.

All options were presented before any work started. Staff was professional and explained every step in real time. Extra services were offered, but I declined. No pressure, just options.

Courteous, professional demeanor from the service personnel. They were very genuine and could have easily told me I needed to buy a new tire, but instead was able to patch my existing tire that had an object puncture it. And when the time comes to buy new tires, I will be coming back!

My car was having trouble starting and I was able to get help after 5 PM, the customer service manager was friendly and understanding, and my battery was quickly replaced. I have been a customer for years and I love Big O tires. They are honest and do good work, this helps when you have limited budget. If you ever need someone to do a commercial, let me know!
