What truly impressed me was the attitude of the gentlemen that helped me at the desk when I arrived. I was greeted politely, asked what I was at Big O for, and most importantly for me I didn't feel like I was being upsold on something I didn't need. I was even recommended a less costly and better tire, so I saved money. My needs were met and I was treated like a person, not a walking ATM.

There were a few issues. In the bathroom your dispenser of towels was not working and I mentioned it to the team. There were people that came in after me and left before me and it seem to be closer friendly with the staff. It was a 2 1/2 hour wait to have my car jacked up and have a tire put on it. Overall I will be back I'm just hoping this was

I've come here a few times for my car service. For this situation, one of my tires had a puncture of some sort and they took me in at the last minute. Even though the wait was long I appreciated their help and the issue was fixed. Will definitely return.
