Service and information was great. He explained the issue I was having with my tire and recommended an alignment (which I for) and service on my rear brakes.

I've been going to this location for a long time now and they treat me very well. They are fun to chat with and also are really nice to my kids. They try to save me money as much as they can too. I do a lot of driving so it's nice that they always tell me things I should do or recommend doing in the future. They're very helpful.

I've serviced my 3 cars with Big O tires for the last 5+ years and have always received excellent service, honest recommendations, and great communications concerning the status of my vehicle while in the shop.

Surprisingly fast, accurate work. I was in an hour before close, and they did four new tires, replaced brakes and two rotors an hour and a half later. The price was what I expected to pay...great service.

If this location were closer to me it would be my new car repair shop. The staff was so helpful, kind and knowledgeable and got my tire and wheel all repaired and even saved my hubcap. You guys are awesome. Thank you!

I have visited this location many times. Each time the job was done right and efficiently. The only downside is the waiting lounge is a bit uncomfortable, okay for a 30 min wait, but anything longer it's a bit of pain. It could use some spruce up: like better more comfortable seats, a work desk, etc..

I am only satisfied with this location due to the professionalism of the Manager at the Irvine Center drive location. I will never visit the Lake Forest location due to how rude the staff are, and how uneducated about the value of time. I called the Irvine location while farther driver for me but when explained my bad experience with Lake Forest staff, the Manager agreed to help me complete the oil change while little time left before close time.

Steve was amazing! My family and I always take our cars to Steve. My PT Cruiser needed brakes and tires and was stalling at times. Steve recommended a Tune Up. I trust Steve and got the Tune Up done. The car drives amazing! I even called Steve after to thank him and tell him how the car was driving so much better. I actually recommended Steve to a co-worker this morning who is having a problem with his Acura. I was extremely satisfied with how I was taken care of and how my car is running.
