I called Big O in San Clemente and was told alignment for my year/make of car would be $74.99. I went to this Big O because I was in the area and they priced my alignment at $129.99. When I told him I was priced at $74.99 he said he has no idea of San Clemente's prices. He then told me about the $20 off alignment coupon that was online offered to the public and said he could take $20 off. If I did not bring up the fact that they are overpriced compared to other locations he would not even have told me about the $20 off your first alignment at Big O special! So disappointing. My first and last alignment at this Big O location for sure. Why should I come here when San Clemente will give me a better deal and the rep looks at me like I'm an idiot when I say their price is $74.99.

The manager Will was very polite and professional - exactly what you want as the face of Big O.

6 out of 8 lug nuts were cross threaded after tire installation - I found after trying to remove the wheels to replace my brake pads at my home after tires were installed. The tire technician was not careful. I did appreciate that the manager ordered the parts and repaired the car as soon as I could get it back, but the decorative lug nuts that were replaced are not the same as the other originals on the car. Small issue but another example that sends the message that the customer won't notice. Bad customer service, bad technician training, disappointing experience.

I got a simple oil change and now my car is making horrible noises and it sounds like stuff is loose underneath the hood. Definitely not trusting this place if they can't do a simple oil change without messing up my car. They claimed they rotated the tires but nope.

Thank you!

Chris at the Irvine location never followed up on the brake job that was done over a month ago. The front drivers side wheel is very hot to the touch as opposed to the right front wheel. They did some repairs to supposedly correct this but it is still an issue.

Came in on a fluke hoping to handle brake lights, tire pressure and wiper blades. These guys nailed it! Awesome crew!

I came in for an oil change, and the employee that was working there told me that I needed a new headlight and taillight. I told him that I was replacing those myself later that day and that I didn't need Big-O to replace them. (I had already purchased the lights). His last comment to me before leaving was, "make sure and replace those lights, its embarrassing for us if other mechanics see you drive away from Big-O with missing light bulbs". I am so sorry that I (the paying customer) embarrassed your store. Seriously? Who says this to someone that just paid for a service. I will never bring my car back, simply because of the unprofessionalism.

Came to replace two tires that I already have. Most stores did not want to do that but those guys did it on timely manner. Will definitely come again.

The Big O in question is the location on 8767 Irvine Center Drive. I have been buying my tires here for a number of years, and have had minor repair work done on my Vehicle. It seems as though the service confidence has gone down hill for me over the last two years. I don't usually write reviews, but I feel the need at this time to make some comments, which I hope will be constructive and generate some changes. My recent visit was for an oil change and tire rotation. I specifically requested to make sure the windshield cleaning fluid was topped off. The next day I went to clean my windshield and the fluid was empty. "What else was not done"?, that is what was going through my mind. I added windshield fluid and I believe that has fixed the problem. It is possible the valve was clogged, so I reserve total judgement on that. But the fluid was empty . Ok, so sometimes there is a mistake, I can understand that. However, I believe the visit before this (which was awhile ago) I was told my brakes were good and did not need replacing. I had a situation where I needed to get some maintenance completed at another repair shop,(that I totally trust) and was shown the breaks were very low and had them replaced. It was not long after I had been to Big O. Also, there has been a complete change in "service personnel", which seems like a high turn over. That does not give me confidence in this location. I also was told that I needed some filters, which I had them replace. Then I was told I "have some leaks, just starting on my oil pan and valve cover gasket. This may or may not be the case. So, in conclusion, I have lost confidence in any repairs that may be needed at this location. Hopefully, this information will be constructive for the service personnel. I am totally satisfied with the Tire replacements that I have received over the years, so that's not an issue. At this point I am not sure I will return to this Big O location for any future purchases or maintenance.

I would NOT have my car serviced at Big-O again! The technician dinged my tailgate with the air hose nozzle when throwing the air hose around the vehicle. While the service writer adjusted the final bill to compensate for the damage, who wants to bring their car in for new tires, then have to go to the body shop to repair Big-O's carelessness?
