I purchased 4 tires. Customer service was good. Well, they broke one of my sensors while putting the tires on. They told me that they put on another one that's not the factory one. So basically generic. I asked for the factory one and the store manger told me that it's the same. I left and I could hear clicking sound all over in my car. Very scary. I thought something underneath my car was broken. I went back and this time, there was a different guy named Garcia. He heard the sounds and told me that the spare tire assembly in the trunk was not tight. He tight that and told me that was it. I got in the car and the same sounds were still there. After a long wait, a mechanic named Alfredo checked my tires, he spin the tires and found out that there was something making noise inside one of the rear tires. I removed the tire and found out that there was a fallen sensor inside the tire. I looked inside the tire and the sensor cut the tire all over the place inside. Me and my kids were lucky that the tire did not blow up. They put on a completely different tire for me that was not the same as the others and told me that was ok. I got in the car and the same noise and sound was still there. After a long wait again, Alfredo checked and said, Oh, there's one in the front that's making noise. He removes that one and sure enough, the same problem in another tire. I got so worried. This time, they put the same damaged tire back on. I begged Garcia not to put the same tire on because it might be unsafe. He said, we I'm not gona put a new tire on because when the other manger is here and you bring it back, I will not be able sell this tire because it will be use. Now, Garcia does not care about my safety and the safety of my family but he's worried about his tire. And I told him, I said, I have small children who will be riding in this car with me. Please, don't put that same tire back on. He did it anyway. I still have one damaged tire, and one different tire. Called today spoke to Garcia. He said, that the other manger when originally sold me the tires will be back tomorrow. WOW, what kind of place did I go to. How would you feel. Oh, I forgot something. they kept the fallen sensors and did not put new ones on. He said, when the other manager is back, he will order the sensors for you. What do you think?

I went for an oil change and the tire rotation was included which was great because j knew I had to do that soon. They also finished the service really fast and it was so easy.

I used a coupon for the 21 point inspection along with an oil change. Unfortunately, instead of running me through everything that was done on my car, they only told me things I should upgrade, including my brakes and tires. This led me to believe that all my fluids had been topped off, which was included in the oil change. Two days later I realized that my engine temp was increasing. I find that my coolant is almost empty. What's the point of getting the 21 point inspection if something simple like topping off the fluids is overlooked? Disappointed in the service.

Hello, It is always so sad to call a new business and their phone demeanor is poor. I called and could not understand if the gentleman on the other end was saying "John" or "Sean" but at some point he just said with an poor attitude "like sure call me whatever". This was the second story I called b/c my mother recommended ya'll from Texas, however both stores here in California sounded very uninviting. Although, this gentleman may not have intended to have a poor attitude, for a new customer who does not know him, it does not invite me to come in and give you my business. Best wishes, Maria Lupita

The okay part of my service: My brake pads had to get replaced so I came into Big O Tires since they were telling me about their promotion they had which made them cheaper than their competitors. They told me it would take about an hour. About 40 minutes later they told me that my front brake pads and the rotors for the front and back of my car needed to be replaced. I understood because the place I went to the day before probably didn't do a thorough inspection. When I spoke with the guy who helped me (Will), he explained that my new total would come out to around $750 I think. I told him that I spoke with another company where they had a deal where rotors and front brakes were only $200 and I didn't take that offer because I didn't think I needed my rotors changed. Will then found a way to reduce my final price. Bad service: Will then suggested me to apply for the citi banks credit card so that I could pay monthly. There was a portion of the application that asked for my address. Will told me to put the address that I lived at for the longest time that associated with me. The thing is, my family recently moved about 2 weeks ago to a new address, therefore, the address that I lived in for the longest time no longer would apply to me. Will still insisted that I write down the old address on my application. After I completed my credit card application, Will informed me that they would mail me my credit card and my monthly payment info. This made no sense to me because I clearly told him 3 times that no one lives at the address that he wanted me to write on the application. He then told me that I needed to contact citi bank's customer service on Monday to change my address and hope that they didn't mail out my card. I called citi today to change my address and informed them that I wrote down an address that I no longer live as of 2 weeks and they told me that I should have written down my new address. They told me that they would send a text to change my address but hours later I call citi back to find out that my phone number for some reason is not associated under name so my account is now on hold until they contact me and one of the options they will contact me is THROUGH MAIL which cannot be possible since the reason I'm contacting citi is to change my address. So only if Will didn't insist on me writing down this old address of mine, everything else would have been smoother. Now I don't know how or when citi will contact me and how I am going to pay my 6 months for the service I got done on Friday. EVEN WORSE SERVICE: During the entire application process and during the middle when I was talking to him and asking him questions about the application, he kept on answering calls and basically putting me on hold. There were 2 other workers at their desks on the spot so they could have taken his calls instead but that wasn't the case. I thought maybe this is just how they operated because they are probably busy. Later I am talking to Will and this lady is talking to another service guy but the guy is having some problems so, during my conversation, Will stands up and begins helping the lady. Will basically cut me right off during me asking him questions about the app to go help this older woman who was talking about her luxury car. I was just left there to sit and wait for a good amount of time until Will finished helping the lady. All I wanted to do was get this service over with and but I ended up at Big O Tire's for 4 hours that day for a service job that should have taken only 1 hour and 30 minutes according to Will. The lady and the phone calls weren't the only interferences, there was another man who Will began a conversation with while I was at his desk waiting for him to pull up an estimate for the new service. I think the quality of the service can improve if the service workers focused on their customers first before voluntarily leaving the customer to play the waiting game while the workers begin a brand new conversat

I've given this branch many chambers to redeem itself . The last 3 visits have been VERY disappointing. Took my 2014 Massrati Ghibli for new tires and the techs damaged two of my wheel caps to the point of needing replacement. 2nd visit I took my 2007 Honda Accord for a oil change and tired rotation. Will (customer service rep) documented on the work order that tire rotation was complete. After arriving at home I examined the vehicle and discovered that not one tire was repositioned. This was a known fact since I had mix matched tires. Wil apologized and asked to bring the car back in. I was too dissatisfied to do so. 3rd visit I took my wife's 2016 Mazda CX-5 for a 5pm appointment to have a tire inspected for potential repair due to a nail. It took approximately 1 full hour for a tech to come to the conclusion that no repair was needed . Why would customer service (Chris) take so long on a simlple examination of 1 tire to come to this conclusion . VERY DISAPPOINTED ON HOW MY AUTOS AND CUSTOMER SERVICE HAS BEEN HANDLED HERE.

Made appointment at Big-O as I had a nail in my tire. The nail was well away from the tire wall. I have pictures. But service agent said without a doubt I needed to replace the tire. I knew the tire was still good, and that the nail was NO WAY NEAR the wall! Drove to a tire store in the Newport area, and advised them what had occurred. They laughed and said that the nail was not an issue and promptly patched the tire. How do you give a service rating of less than ZERO? That's a NO to the Big-O!

Had to come in for a tire change because of a nail in my front tire. Was told that it would take awhile, but ended up finishing within the hour! Thank you!

Past experience had been good in Yucca Valley. One year agoin Aug. '17, I had a battery problem with 2 1/2 year old (5 Yr. Warranty) Big O batter, Was told my Alternator was "overcharging". Guy wanted to sell me a $430. alternator job. I left and put 3,000 miles on the van in one year. I bought a small charger and frequently did trickle charge on battery as it was low from minimal use of vehicle. NOT holding a charge for a week. Went in Aug..8. '18 (LAST WEEK) with same low battery problem and was told my alternator was under charging. Had a new battery installed and got pro-rate of years not used. Had Chrysler Dealer check out alternator today. Stated it is FINE... Battery must have had bad cells so Big O wanted to sell me an alternator. I told service guy if battery wasn't pro-rated (Because I thought it was BAD) I would just go elsewhere and get a new one,....., and never return to BIG O with my two vehicles. He gave me a new battery and no problem for a week. Went to Dealer for a warranty front end issue. Had them check alternator; they said it was good!!! Reminded me of the time in Oklahoma when a guy put some water in my NEW CAR battery, popped in a hydrometer and said my battery was dead and he tried to sell me a new battery and alternator as it needs replaced ------. I drove way fast!!! Now I will do the same from BIG O. Better check out your "service team." .
