We have always had a good experience at this location but were very disappointed on this last visit. I took the vehicle in for a tire rotation. As I was walking out with Will to look at the vehicle, the phone rang and he went back to take the call without even letting me know. He made me wait an additional 10 minutes while he completed the sales call. Once done, he did not even apologize. I requested only what is included with the service as we previously purchased our tires there. I was told they would rotate the tires and provide an alignment. I later received a call letting me know that I needed to purchase a camber for them to be able complete the alignment and was quoted $250 which seemed pretty expensive based on a simple search for a camber. I then requested a breakdown & realized that I was being charged for the alignment which he made it sound like it was included free of charge as part of their service. At this point, I was not happy and told them that I did not want the alignment done to call me when the vehicle was ready for pickup. I later arrived to see my vehicle parked. The service had been completed yet I never received a call to pick up my vehicle. I took the vehicle to Pep Boys to complete the alignment. After leaving my vehicle, I received a call letting me know that the vehicle did not need an alignment. I was happy to hear that but a bit confused which caused me to go to a 3rd shop. Again, no alignment needed. I'm happy i went with my instinct because I almost got ripped off! I will not be visiting this place again!

Came to Big O tires to have a flat repaired. Work was done quickly and correctly.....patched from the inside. Wheel was remounted on car and all parts and temp spare tire was replaced neatly in the trunk. Cost was very reasonable and fair.

I brought my car in for tire rotation and the tire pressure gauge being on. I told the guy that helped me I may have run over something but I couldn't see it. They rotated the tires and filled them but sent me home with a nail in my tire, after telling me they didn't see anything. I had to go to America's Tire for it to be fixed.

Moved from Corona, CA to Irvine, CA. Im a regular customer at the big o tires in Corona. So i found a big o tires in Irvine..i needed an oil change and have a water leak...dealt with Steve, Took an hour to pressure test for a water leak and found out I needed a radiator , Steve gave me an estimate, which I didn't agreed to, Steve then brushed me off and didn't want to deal with me. Than took another 1/2 hr to finish my oil change. At the end of all this, i felt Steve didnt have patience or the care of my needs to help repair my car...never going back

They are nice staff and very quick service

4 new tires. Everything was great until I got home. The wheel hubs were left loose and the fell off. Only found won on the road. Pretty simple task to put the new tires on properly but they screwed it up. If you have any work done here be sure and check it out before you leave

I have been bringing my friends car here for years and recently my MBenz. You replaced a bad tire and a month later I bought the MBenz because of a noise. Your mechanic said, after a test drive, it was a steering wheel problem and given the age of the vehicle he would just let it go and live with it. The actual problem happened to be with the steering fluid that was 1/2 pint low.

Professional customer services

I have had two VERY bad experiences with this location! The first one occurred in February when I bought a set of 4 new tires for my compact SUV . When I drove out of the driveway of this location before accessing Irvine Center Drive, I noticed that the brakes were not responding correctly (soft). I turned around and went right back to tell them that something was wrong with my brakes, only to discover that they had in fact put on the wrong tires, meant for another vehicle ... This red flag should have been a big enough warning for me, however a few days ago I needed an oil change and decided to go to Big O because it was convenient. During this oil change procedure, they discussed with me a problem with one of the axle boots that had cracked and needed repair. I asked them for a quote to repair it and they gave me a figure of $440 to which I responded that I would like to check with the car dealership to see what they would charge for this repair and Steve (the Big O rep) told me that the dealership would be much more expensive ... I called the car dealership and was advised that they could fix it for approximately $250 and that I should come in and have them look at it. I did just that and found out that this repair was completely covered under warranty and was NO CHARGE to me ... What concerns me about this experience is that my best interest was not the priority with Steve > he never even suggested that there might be a possibility that this particular problem would be covered under my warranty, yet he knew the mileage on my vehicle. I feel he took advantage of my lack of expertise in this area and I for one have learned my lesson > I will never set foot in this this place of business again and I caution anyone else who does to beware!!

I picked up my vehicle after trying to call without response and all 4 new tires installed were low on pressure and my engine hood was not secured. I didn't realize this until I got home after traveling on I-5 for about 10 miles. My hood could have ripped off on the freeway?

Fast service and great customer service, as well as good value.

Will not go to this store again. After picking up the car (for tires replacement) I had to return to the store because the tire pressure warning was still on. I took one hour until they were able to fix the issue. Terrible customer service. Never return to this store again.

I have about 4 cars that i take on a regular basis to Big O to get my oil changes and tire rotations etc. I have a coupon that a gentleman named Steve comes and sells us here at work that has a couple free oil changes tire rotations and discounts on other work that may be needed. The past few times i have gone i have noticed a unpleasant attitude with the person that was helping me. He askes for my coupon even before i take it out to give to him. This last time i went in for the oil change on my truck I didn't have my coupon with me. The gentleman asked for it and i told him in didn't have it.. He then said,: ( and these are his exact words ) "so how are you gong to pay for it if you don't have your coupon". With a puzzled and disgusted look on my face I replied by saying " with my credit card". Where does he get off thinking i cant pay for services needed. If the guys at Big O don't want us to use the coupons then why are they selling them?? Its not like i went to Big O asking for the coupon. Steve comes to us and he sells about 4-5 of them each time to co workers. To add insult to injury, they don't call to say that the car is finished and ready to be picked up. The only time i get a call is when they recommend a service that my vehicle might need. I have been going to Big O for years and have taken all of my cars, but this lack of respect is seriously making me consider going somewhere else. And by the way, there is 2 other spots at walking distance from Big O were i can take my business.
