Big O Tires

I own a 2016 corvette Z06 and purchased 4 brand new tires with an alignment. When i came back to pick up my vehicle, the tires were already worn out due to one of the younger workers taking my car out for a joyride. I have a camera installed in my vehicle due to an incident with valet at a restaurant so i saw the worker at Big O tires not only touch everything in my car such as playing with my music settings, using the air conditioner on full blast, changing my seat settings and speeding dangerously in MY vehicle when he was supposed to simply drive to see the alignment balance. Once i drove off very upset, i noticed the alignment was far worse than when i even came in and my vehicle steers all the way to the left when my steering wheel is centered. I honeetly have never felt so violated in my life especially after paying $2560 to Big O Tires. This incident not only has lost my business for my Z06, but for my Bentley GT as well. I still cant believe the experience i went through and i am a very laid back guy ...

The work was done incorrectly, I was overcharged by 100% from what the dealer offered to do the same service. I had to take my car back into service and have the work redone, horrible and I will post further updates to the poor outcome.

Usually shop Costco but no tires in stock for my car. So I called big-o and they had the size I needed in multiple brands. Got me in quick and even aligned it the same day. Saved tons of time

This was the worst car experience of my life. I waited a long time for the service to be done. The guy told me I needed a new car, even though less than 2 weeks later another car service said that it was a normal sound and all he did was push the oil dipstick in and the sound was significantly better. I also paid over $500 for brakes even though that's more expensive than other places, AND I got a $70 coupon in the mail just a week later that I think the service person should have offered me because that would have been the customer "service" thing to do, to save me money since you are already more expensive than the other places I looked at after my service was done.

I made the mistake of coming here for an alignment and oil change. I had an appointment at 10am, for which I arrived on time, yet these relatively simple services were not completed until about three hours later. I was also told that my car needed a new battery urgently, that the gear box was leaking horribly and should soon be replaced, and a few other minor things. I was given an estimate around $1700 to correct these things. Quite skeptical, I turned this down and went straight to my grandfather, a mechanic. I don't like to bother him with the little things for my car, because he works all day, every day, as it is, but this was something else. He took a look and informed me that my battery is fine and my gear box isn't leaking like they say it is (nor could it be). Clearly, he says, they saw a young woman walk into the establishment and assumed I would believe whatever they said and pay whatever they wanted. This is despicable, not to mention terribly cliche. I would not come here again if my life depended on it.

The staff were professional and friendly when I brought my car in for emergency repairs. They kept me informed about what was happening and what all needed to be done in a friendly and understanding manner.

Took my car in for two things: oil change and to get a filter replaced. The guy who took my order was not nice enough to let me know once my car was done. I had to go over to his desk to ask about my car. He was also nice enough to mention that there were a few items that were noticed on my car but since I had an old car he wasn't even going to mention those to me. He did not use those exact words but that is basically what he meant. If I do happen to go back for an oil change on my old car I would not refer anyone to this place because of the way I was treated. The previous time I took my car in for an oil change I had great service by the guy that wrote up my oil change and at the end the service guy that let me know that the car filter needed to be replaced. Not a happy customer

I used this Big O location for replacing tires on my Jeep this weekend. They did a great job, really fast, and they caught a couple other issues my dealer missed. Jim did an outstanding job, realigned my tires. Jeep drives better than ever. Would use them again absolutely.

I was given different pricing over the phone than my husband was in person. I will never be back.

2nd time i have used this Big O. I am very satisfied. Jim and Sean do what they say. They are friendly and professional. i would recommend this store to anyone needed service.

We called one day and they said it's "rush hour" and they suggested we make an appointment or it would be 1.5 hr wait. So, made an appointment. Called an hour before to confirm appointment and they said with appointment they will get to me right away. I brought in my car, had someone pick me up to take me to eat, and came back a little over an hour later. My car had not moved! Then they told me it will be another 30-40 minutes of waiting?! Makes no sense. Overall ended up being over 2 hours. Probably because I had already purchased the tires and was doing the FREE alignment and a tire repair. They sure get to you fast here when you are required to pay, but these "free" services aren't free, they over charge you in wasted time. Will NEVER buy tires here or refer anybody here ever. It's rude.

Horrible experience and customer service with this establishement. been going there for over 12 years whenever I had tire, wheel issues. Decided to give them more business and get my oil changed there. Brought my girlfriend there are well. Went in for an oil change and my girfriend's car left with $1200 worth of bumper damage that they initially admitted fault then when she went to follow up, said it was her fault. Poor professionalism from Armando and everyone involved. Would not repeat, would not recommend. I'll be going out of my way to let everyone know how poor the service is at Big O Tires. Can't treat people like that and expect to get away with it!

Had a tire blow out. was serviced great/Fair prices. Didn't set appointment. Was made aware of other problems

As it turns out, I did not need the $120 oil change. My daughter had already taken care of the oil change a week ago which I was unaware of. Wonder why I was told it was needed.

Got 4 new tires. The service was great!!

I was told I was buying Sumitomo tires and when I went to pay for the purchase, it turns out the tires were Aspen which are "�made by Sumitomo', we needed to get back home (NV) so I did not make a fuss but this was completely dishonest
