Big O Tires

I just did the oil change on Wednesday, they did an inspection on the car, and now I found out the air filter cover screw was broken inside and the lid could not close anymore. Have to bring the car back, which need me spend extra time which I don't have right now.

The best service ever, on my way to LAX got a flat, they took me in quickly and still made my flight! Love those guys!!!!

For past 10 years I watched and experience the quality and honesty of customer service fall to wayside... Prices are all the same everywhere else. Customer service attitude is disrespectful at most facilities...

I did wheel alignment which i mentioned before the alignment that front driver side wheel hit curb side, but after the alignment still the steering is still wobbling and no improvement after the service .

I had a flat tire on the freeway and called them to see if they could fix my car right away.I live quite a ways away and had no other transportation.They took my car as soon as I arrived, and within an hour and a half,it was done.I was so relieved!!!They also did not try to sell me replacements for my other tires.Again, I appreciated their upfront, quick service with no sales pitch!!!

I called in over the phone and gave the tire size of my rear tires and asked for two new tires for the front. I did not know that the front tires were a different size. Will asked me for the car year model, etc but he failed to check to make sure I was giving him the correct tire sizes. He took a $200 deposit over the phone and did not tell me if it is the wrong size tires I could be charged a restocking fee. The next day when I took the car in the tires were wrong. He ordered new tires and we brought the bmw back the next day. Not only did he charge me for the tires more than Costco but he charged me $160 for labor plus an $80 restocking fee. At very least he should have shared the restocking fee 50/50 since he did not check on the computer. Very high prices I feel over charged. Will was very nice, very fast service. Did not clean the rims of the new tires, for $160 in labor I feel like it is not great service like I would get at the dealer. I will not come again and I will not bring any of my 5 cars there from my business and will not recommend my friends to come there. There is a lot choices for tires and you guys did 75% very well but the other 25% of the negative items does not win my repeat business.

I used Big O in Lake Forest to mount & balance tires that I had purchased online from Tire Rack. Will the store manager was very pleasant, helpful and honest. The tires were mounted perfectly and I used Big O for an alignment which they offered at a very fair price. I will definitely be back in the future.

Took a little over an hour to swap the front and the rear tires. No alignment check and I don't think they were balanced, which would have been part of the process at Jiffy Lube. The air was low and I had to fill them up after- The air being checked would have been nice. I'd pay the $5 more next time and go to Jiffy Lube.

I've used BigO on a few occasions and they always take extra time to not only explain the repairs they recommend, but let you do a question and answer session too. That way, you're sure you need the work. Then they quickly acquire the needed parts, and get you out the door asap.

Worse service I have had, no cpmmunication, left me in doubt about when, how and what waz hPpe ing to my car. No apologies for taking 40 hours for a 3 hour job. After 4 years at this location, I will find a different mechanic/tire service.

I came in for a simple change of brakes and an oil change. The store was NOT busy when I got there, so I thought I would be there for 2 hours, maximum. I was there from 11 am to 4 pm, when they closed that day. Absolutely unacceptable. Tony (I think that's his name) did his best to try and make a horrible situation tolerable but to no avail. This isnt the first time I ha e stayed much, much longer than it should've taken. I have come 3 times (this time being the third) and each time left with extreme disappointment. Three strikes, you're out. I am never coming to a big o tires again, especially not this one.

I brought in my car without an appointment because of an emergency tire rupture, and the Big O Tires staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I very much appreciated the shuttle service to and from my home. One minor piece of criticism: they forgot to put the air caps back on my tires.

It's very expensive

Can't believe you guys. Taken advantage of my daughter when she dropped by the store for a nail in a tire. I can see needing one tire because of the nail on the sidewall, but talked her into getting two tires. Worst part an allingment on a one year old car. You guys should be ashamed of yourselves.

To be honest, Big O was NOT my first choice for a major job I needed done. I went in for an unrelated issue, and just happened to ask if they also did other things besides tires and brakes. Wow, was I suprised by the customer service and price! So, i bit the $1700 bullet, and decided that Big O may actually know more than Toyota. Rick and Shawn were fantastic. They actually did know more. Everything was perfect, and it saved me $3000. Thank you!
