Big O Tires

Thanks for the free service, but almost 3 hours to fix a flat is excessive. Not having the right size plug IN HOUSE is INEXCUSABLE for a tire specialty store. The flow of handling inquiries is skewed to the "next caller" rather than fully servicing the existing customer BEFORE taking on the next query

I was in a panic woke up w flat and had to catch a plane in just a few hours.. I called and I don't remember the gentlemans name that helped me but he said head over and we'll take care of you.. they got me in and out I made my flight.. my saviors that day. I will definitely be using them from now on!! Happy holidays! Find out that Guys name he deserves a raise

Hermano provided excellence customer service, got me the best tire for the price I was comfortable paying. I would definitely recommend friends and family to Big-o-tires because of Hermano's great help.

I needed one tire. They ordered the tire and I came back in the afternoon to have it put on my car. I waited an hour for them to remove my spare and put the new one on my car. I was being told that I was next for the next hour. I could have put the tire on myself.

A few things to consider. When a customer arrives at the reception area in person and is being helped and the phone rings the person calling in should be put on hold. What actually happened is the call in person get priority over the person that has visited the shop in person. This holds true even if the person calling in called in after the in person has arrived and was being helped. Also I had asked to have my change oil light message cleared and that didn't happen. Was able to clear the message by watching YouTube. One last thing it would have been nice to have a new sticker with the date and mileage so I would know approximately when to visit next.

When I came in to find out how my brakes and tires looked after going to another Tire store and being told I needed all new tires, I was never given an answer as to how much tread was left or how much was left on my brakes. I kept trying to ask and only got, "they're good." I was given very little information and was treated as if I was some dumb woman and I was inconvienceing their day. Definitely not impressed with the stores service.

Got my tires rotated this past weekend and was very happy. Showed awesome customer appreciation and I will definitely be going back!

Im a bit disappointed ta my last visit. I asked for the oil change (superior I believe) and I reiterated I wanted my tires rotated several times. I picked up my car at end of day and my tires were not rotated.

Will was very helpful and accommodating. He was very knowledgeable and easy to talk to.

No posted prices. I'm not sure I was charged properly. I have used this service center two or three times in the past, but I don't think I will use this service center again.

I got a flat off the 5 freeway on my way to work, so i was pressed for time. I called them they told me to come in, within 45 minutes they had replaced my flat and given me agreat deal on two tires. Fast reliable, easy service. Thanks to James Waters and the big O tires team .

They were great but I dropped off a Porsche Panamera and no one covered the seat or the steering wheel so when I got my car back the driver seat and the steering wheel along with gear knob were all dirty and had dark spots. Those plastic covers don't cost much. Very disappointed

I know that they were busy at the time I came to get my tires fixed but felt their service could've been better throughout the whole sale.

I had a flat tire and came in first thing in the morning. They were able to install 2 new tires and took roughly 45 mins which was great. I was thankful they were able to get it done right away, saved me time and money as it prevented me having to get an Uber to and from work.

had a tire fixed. $25... asked that my tires rotated $12 bucks.. Will was nice. When I left I had a huge pen mark on my driver side door and all of my tires have varying pressure showing.
