I had a leaky tire and found out that because the tires were worn needed replacement. received an excellent deal on 4 new tires that was more than half less than mercedes. They also did a front end alignment and everything was excellent.

My experience with Big O was great! I walked in needing help for my flat tire and after a lot of discussion and evaluation of my tires, decided to replace them all. I knew it was time and my car needed aligning as well! Big O did a great job. My only frustration was that it took longer than they said it would... They couldn't have been nicer though... I will definitely go back to them.

I got a flat tire on the freeway. I stopped at a service staion, asked where to go, and 5 different people recommended this Big O store. I understand why. Although they hadpeople on lunch break, they found a way to get my car done quickly. I am grateful!

Although the shop was busy due the promotional period, the staff stepped up and attempted to expedite the work to my vehicle. Have been a client to this particular location for years and can always expect their best effort and attention. Thank you.

Great service and fast despite them being very busy!

Felix and the staff was very nice to check my tires on a Sunday afternoon. Check both front tires and it was low with air pressure. They put air and reset my tire pressure light and did not charge me.

The Big O i get service done is near Irvine Spectrum area. Armando and Will have been helping me with my car needs, I take all 3 of my car in the family here for servicing. After get service done, it's so important to feel that I'm driving a car that is safe and repairs are guaranteed - a big peace of mind. Thank you so much.

This was, by far, the most efficient experience I've ever had at a tire retailer. I had a nail in the sidewall of my car, Big O had the same tire in stock (amazing), and Armando Espinosa provided excellent customer service. Best of all...I was literally in and out of there in less than 15 minutes!! Great job Big O!!

All great except it took twice as long to get the job done. An unexpected issue came up, which is just one of those things. Please keep customers updated on status when something like that happens. Thanks!

Always a great team of service experts ti work with

I ordered and purchased two tires a and an alignment the day before my appointment. I was given an appointment the following day at 10am and was there till after 5pm. I asked my husband to come over because it was taking so long. I had to return 5 min later because my alignment was worse then when I walked in. They are under staffed and over promise. I went there because I live in Irvine and wanted to support local business' but my time is valuable and will need to reevaluate for the next two tires I will be purchasing soon. There was a guy from the franchise office most of the day and I was shocked at the fact he offered no hands on Customers support at least to great the costumers and offer to get the car information for Will. Will finally got a lunch break after 3pm and had to eat at his desk as discreetly as he could while working because no one was available to offer him a break required by our labor laws.

I came in a for a simple reason. I just had nitrogen put in my to tires in order to replace the air. Everybody was super friendly and it took half the time I expected. I actually go to this location every time I need nitrogen, because it is so hard to find.

Good customer service but for the sake of your staff, get them an air conditioner. It was hotter inside than it was outside to where I had to walk out of the waiting room feeling dizzy from the heat. Staff seemed sweaty and miserable. Take care of them and get them an AC!

Service was at the speed of light. Amazing Staff!!!!

I received 4 new tires, but on the hour drive home, my car felt like I was going to lose a tire. The shaking and swerving were so bad, I almost hit a car on the freeway, even in the slow lane. I called the store the next morning and they told me that they hadn't balanced them correctly and that their machine must be off... so I had to take time off of work that day to go to a different store to have the tires properly balanced. The car still shakes some, but I'll take it somewhere else to have it fixed.

Good advice and excellent service

So-so service. Did not refill fluids that were low. Not impressed.

I've been coming here for years because their service is great and reliable.They don't over-sell me on anything, just tell me what my needs are and what is immediate and what I can wait a little while to do so it's not such a big expenditure.
