Big O Tires

I basically has a tire rotation and alignment check. I had to ask for my maintenance light tovbe reset due to my toyota works that way every 5k miles. The technician was almost arguing woth me about it didnt seem right. I DO know my car. My oil gets changed every 10k and tire rotation every 5k. Please dont have trchnicians argue with customers about how often oil gets changed on their own cars.

Felix and the staff was very nice to check my tires on a Sunday afternoon. Check both front tires and it was low with air pressure. They put air and reset my tire pressure light and did not charge me.

I had 4 wheels changed. The installation was fast and done within the hour. Office service is good. Unfotunately, I had to go back the next day as the front tire has gone flat due to the valve cap was not put on properly and was letting air out? Went back and got it fixed within 10 minutes

This was, by far, the most efficient experience I've ever had at a tire retailer. I had a nail in the sidewall of my car, Big O had the same tire in stock (amazing), and Armando Espinosa provided excellent customer service. Best of all...I was literally in and out of there in less than 15 minutes!! Great job Big O!!

Met my expectations for service w/ one, very minor nuisance - I didn't get my oil change sticker in the window to know when my mileage is up for my next oil change. Also, when paying, I felt very rushed to pay and get out because the one person in the front was trying to manage 3 different customers. This doesn't change my opinion of the company or location, just very minor things that matter.

I have had great experiences at Big O in Irvine in the past. This time I had the alignment done and some already mounted after market tires and rims put on my truck. When I left to attend a meeting the low tire pressure indicators were on the dashboard of my 2011 Ram 1500 truck. Recommended pressure is 35 psi and I had 24, 27, 30 & 30. I had no choice but to drive 25 miles or so before I could stop and get air (pressure gage confirmed sensors) and up to the recommended pressure. I am sure this is a one time occurrence but I am a little disappointed that this occurred.

I came in a for a simple reason. I just had nitrogen put in my to tires in order to replace the air. Everybody was super friendly and it took half the time I expected. I actually go to this location every time I need nitrogen, because it is so hard to find.
