Easy and convenient tire repair, but didn't refill tire to 35 PSI after repairing like I was told they did

Staff was very helpful. I had a nail in my tire and drove in and was back on the road within one hour. Would highly recommend to anyone in need of tire service!

I've been taking my family cars (7) to Big-O for years. I was dissatisfied with Good Year, Dealer, Firestone... A friend suggested using his mechanic (Shawn) at Big-O. I've been following Shawn for years following him from store to store and I will continue to do so. He is why I take my cars to Big-O.

Great service, knowledgeable and friendly staff.

The store seemed to be understaffed at the time I was in so there was always two or three people waiting in line to speak with the store attendant. My car was ready a full 15 minutes prior to being able to pay and get out due to only one man on duty and a full store. Just before I left a second employee came in and this took care of the problem. Having said that, in every other aspect of my experience I was completely satisfied and will definitely return and recommend. The wait time I was quoted was accurate. The work was done quickly and appears to be well done. Everyone I dealt with was courteous and helpful. It was my first visit to this store but moving forward I will only patronize this franchise of Big O.

The guys there made me feel comfortable and didn't force me into getting anything else done to my car!!! They guys there have amazing attitudes!! Thank you!!

We had a problem with the removal of the deposit which was used to hold a tire which needed to come from another store. The deposit was to be returned after the service was completed and paid in full. Will and the guys took extra efforts to solve the billing problem. It was much appreciated.

Had some tires shipped to this location through Tire Rack for installation, and also opted to have an alignment done. Everything went smoothly without issue and was pleased with the overall experience. If their selection of high performance tires was better I would have bought from them directly.

William helped me & he had great customer service. Only suggestion is that when there are people in line & someone who just parked & start asking the rep questions about tires, the rep should suggest that person wait in line & he can help him then. Should not let those folks cut in line because their questions required the rep to do more research while the people in line are still waiting.

Great service always! I had a nail in my tire it was repaired and I was On my way in less than 30 minutes. There are 3 other Big O locations between home and my office. The Irvine Spectrum isn't the closest but I was happy to drive out of my way for the great service I've been getting there since 2011

My car has been in probably 5-7x in the last 5 months for various issues. Some mysterious like the intermittment AC where freon recharge was done, that didn't fix the issue, had to bring it back in several times and overnight to determine that it was a short. Then the most recent issue on 6/22 was oil leaks from the front axel being replaced and residue oil leaks when the car heats up; decided to have my major work done and replaced the spark plugs. I hope the only thing next is a regular oil maintenance. Will is the service mgr that i normally interface with; John is a good addition as the service mgrs

Armando and the crew at your Irvine store a bunch of really good guys!! They went above and beyond in helping me figure out an issue I am having with a wheel that just doesn't fit perfectly on my Tacoma even though the other 3 do??? Anyway, great experience over there.
