Big O Tires

Most of the time they do a great job and get me in and out in a reasonable amount of time. However, every once in a while the estimated wait time is far less than the actual wait time. It seems like the mechanic is pulled away from your vehicle and forgets to return to finish the work so I recommend checking in on the status of your vehicle on a regular basis to keep them working on it.

Chris helped me out during my visit and he was so knowledgeable and had great customer service. I will definitely be referring other friends and family to come here and I will continue to come here because of How good I was treated.

Excellent customer service. The tire info I needed was explained clearly and concisely, as well as info on some additional services I decided to add while I was there. The price for all was acceptable, and the time it all took was much shorter than anticipated. I would definitely recommend this store to my friends and family.

I was very pleased at the quality and timeliness of the work. Was surprised at charge of $90 for only toe-in setting.

Purchased my tires from Big O in September. Received a reminder in the mail to get them rotated, together with a coupon for a discount for service. Called ahead, and it was very busy, so I turned up on Sunday morning, first thing. Super quick, polite and NO CHARGE. Car is running smoothly and I'm glad I stopped in. Will purchase my next tires there too.

It was busy, with a lot of customers flat and leaking tiers. It felt understaffed in the office, while it looked overly busy in the back. With a wait of over three hours for most of the customers, the waiting area felt small. However, the work was done well and with a smile.

I came in 15 minutes prior to closing and they helped me with my flat tire repair. Helped me out in a big way and I was very appreciative.

This store had great customer service. The only thing was it was long wait to check in my car.
