I had a leaky tire and found out that because the tires were worn needed replacement. received an excellent deal on 4 new tires that was more than half less than mercedes. They also did a front end alignment and everything was excellent.

Great mechanical and customer service. Personnel did, however, try to up sell me on service that was not asked for. It was not with mal intent but I would advise to research your request service before hand.

I got a flat tire on the freeway. I stopped at a service staion, asked where to go, and 5 different people recommended this Big O store. I understand why. Although they hadpeople on lunch break, they found a way to get my car done quickly. I am grateful!

I did the wheel alignment in this store. And after I got my car back, there is scratch on my wheel. I am not satisfied.

Being from out of town I was in a real pickle when my A/C compressor went out. I had a tough time finding anyplace that was open, much less willing to tackle the job over the weekend. They did a great job and save my family 12 hours of misery of driving without A/C

It took 20 minutes to pay the bill after the car was finished. Understaffed front office!

I would like to like to commend Armando for his prompt, friendly, courteous and knowledgeable service. He presented me with options for dealing with my flat tir without being pushy and made the whole process as painless as possible.

I called two other places to get 3-4 tires for mu Hummer H2 and no had the size I need and said they would call me back, which they didn't. These guys did, knew the product and I got them installed the next day. I'll be back for the next batch of 5 tires for the other set of summer wheels.

I came in for a brake and alignment check. Thank you for the quick service Armando! I'll come back next time when the car hits another curb and gets mis-aligned.

Just an oil change

they got me in on a sunday late in the evening when a different store was too busy for me. this was the irvine store. very helpful very knowledgeable i think his name was adam? anyways great service 10/10

the only thing that I was not happy with is that I was told my appointment was for 7am Saturday morning and I would receive a call a couple days before. I never received a call and I called in the day before just to double check my appointment and they changed my appointment to 8 due to store opening a hour later. but I was never notified about this change till I called in.. Other then that I had a good experience and I would refer friends and family to this tire store

My experience was fantastic. Big O Tires were recommended by your neighbors at The Auto Shop and I am happy that they did. The customer service was top-notch and the work done on my vehicle was of high quality. I love the fact that they are not trying to buy more than what you really need. It is annoying when are trying to be sold something unnecessary. Thanks again. I will definitely come back for any other tire needs.

I had all four tires changed and now I'm getting a warning light saying there is a tire pressure gauge malfunction. Will bring the car back when I have time so you can correct the issue.

Chris helped me out during my visit and he was so knowledgeable and had great customer service. I will definitely be referring other friends and family to come here and I will continue to come here because of How good I was treated.
