Great service, quick oil change and tire change

This was my second time with this branch of Big 'O' and they did a fast and fantastic job. They even went above and beyond what I asked them to do for me.

I first took my car in for an oil change a couple years back because it's conveniently close to work. I'll keep coming here because they've always been friendly and honest with me. Service is pretty quick as well. It's nice to take my car in just for an oil change and not given a list of things wrong with it along with a $900 estimate. :)

Seemed to take longer than it should have, but otherwise, everything was fine.

I came in after having my flat tire removed by AAA. The technician met me at my car and removed the flat from my trunk and confirmed that it needed to be replaced. He ordered a tire right away and in a few days called me to say that it was in. When I drove up to get my new tire, he greeted me by name and said to make myself comfortable in the customer waiting area, said there was free Wi-Fi, and in just a few minutes my car was ready. He let me know about how long it would be before my other tires would need replacing so I could keep my eye on those in the future. Great service again.

i changed my brakes and shock. so i still not get used to it. i feel like my back kind of shaking. but i think it might be just feeling. so i will keep looking. Hope it doesn't have any more problems.

It's always a great experience at Big O in Irvine. Friendly staff, high quality service...all the confidence that they are doing right by the customer. I will continue to refer people to that store.

The gentleman that helped me was very knowledgeable and ready to assist. I had a flat tire and AAA brought me there so I was not greeted at the door but I had talked with him on the phone.

Took my friend's car in for routine oil service and tire rotation. Everything went as expected.

I have used this tire store on two occasions recently and found them to be exceptionally service oriented and very trustworthy to work with.
