Big O Tires

I had come into the shop with a nail in the tire. They removed the tire and checked it to find that the nail was lodged in such a way that it couldn't be repaired and recommended replacement. They suggested various price alternatives for the tires. I always got my tire replacements at Costco and therefore I declined. BigO had the tire back on the vehicle and didn't charge me anything. They took care of everything pretty quickly and I didn't have to wait very long. That really helped me as that left me with sufficient time to get the tires from Costco.

I took my car in for some services that needed to be done. I obtained two other quotes elsewhere and I asked Big O if they would match my lowest price received and they did. I was also able to put into a credit card with 12 months 0% interest which is very helpful this time of year.

Steve was amazing! My family and I always take our cars to Steve. My PT Cruiser needed brakes and tires and was stalling at times. Steve recommended a Tune Up. I trust Steve and got the Tune Up done. The car drives amazing! I even called Steve after to thank him and tell him how the car was driving so much better. I actually recommended Steve to a co-worker this morning who is having a problem with his Acura. I was extremely satisfied with how I was taken care of and how my car is running.

I had a blowout and rolled into this shop. They were packed and it was about 15 minutes before closing. Originally he didn't think he could get me in. After he checked the tire and noticed my situation. The staff jumped into action and not only got me in, but new tires, balanced and rotated, stayed after closing to make it happen. Many people would have put the spare on and left on time, but these men went the extra mile and I am very grateful for their time, energy and effort. 10 stars from me!!! I initially called Costco who put me on hold for 15 minutes and told me it would be a 5 hour wait. I then called you guys and talked to will. Will was very friendly and helpful on the phone. When I told him my car type and that I had work in two hours he said he'd be able to do it within that time frame. I came to the store and will greeted me. He helped me and was very knowledgeable and as friendly as he was on the phone. He didn't trick me or try to upsell me which I definitely appreciated and felt at ease because of it. The techs completed my car in less than the time will estimated and I was on my way with no worries or stress! I definitely would recommend you guys

I had an oil change for my Odyssey. Forgot to bring the coupon, but they honored it. Free tire rotation, free inspection, fluid top-off, etc. Can't beat it.

Bought 2 tires then I went back for the other 2 because they sent me and email promo for 25$ off. Very Affordable.
