Had a very good experience at the store on Irvine Center Drive (near Research Drive) on Friday afternoon, October 4th, around 12:45 pm. Went to have a nail checked and removed which was stuck in one of my tires. Originally, I was quoted $25 for a tire repair. Once the store team inspected the nail they simply removed it and didn't charge me a penny for their effort since there was no puncture involved. I'm sure there are other companies that would have gone ahead and charged me the $25 anyway. My takeaway is that the folks working in this store are very honest and although I didn't do any other business on this occasion, I'm sure I will in the future, starting with my next oil change which appears to be significantly less than a comparable one from the next door Jiffy Lube. Always looking for honest places to do business with and look forward to my upcoming business with your store at this location.

The associate got my tire checked out right away. I was thankful for that because I had a time sensitive appointment. He let me know what was happening when it was happening. I 'm new to the area I moved to Irvine six months ago. I was looking for a shop that change tires. After some Yelp research, i found this shop. Actually I didn't expect the their service but the prices are fair and the service was fast. Even though I didn't make appointment. I just walked in. I have used Big O for several years across multiple cars. The shop in Irvine always gives me easy to understand information, up front assessments, and options on what to do. Fast as well - always when promised. I really appreciate these guys.
