I was way overdue for new tires on my 2008 Jeep Grand Cherokee which had 119,024 miles. The tires were purchased in 2012 when the Jeep had 30,000 miles on it. There is a Big O Tire store in my local shopping center where I go to Whole Foods all the time. I recently applied for and received a Big O credit card. I am trading my Jeep in on a new Jeep in a few months and only wanted a standard, inexpensive set of tires and did not want to pay more for a warranty. I went in on a Saturday and met with Steve Tabor. He prepared a purchase order for 4 new Mesa A/P2 tires at $100 each. He did not try to upsale me. I also purchase an alignment. I returned on Sunday at 9:00 am and the store opened on time. I was the first customer and Christopher Charles showed me to the waiting room and I was out the door before 10:00 am with my new tires. The tires are great and my Jeep drives like a new car. Big O is the way to go!
