Without a shadow of a doubt, I would come back here . I would even do a commercial for this store....That is how exceptional the service level was at this store.

Very pleased with Armando and Will and their teamwork. They worked together to treat me as a guest of Big O not just a customer.

Jason and Alex were exceptionally helpful at the time of check-in and when picking up the car.

It was quite busy took awhile to get help more advisors should be available I wasn't offered a free alignment ... but they fixed it quickly and I only needed a patch

Good fast service good pricing

My break lights were out and I was calling around to get a quote for time and cost. Every place I called needed an appointment, a few hours and it was going be ~$80. Big-O in Irvine told me just to come on down, the whole thing took 20 min and cost me $32. On top of that they were sweet, friendly and welcoming. For the last 2 years they've been my go to for tires, tire rotation and breaks - now for break lights too! I love them, you feel like you can trust and work with them.

Love these guys! Always ask for Kevin and Jim! They always upload the principles of awesome customer service and will make sure to take care of you. People hate trusting auto-shops and I understand why, but if you use these guys, you wont worry!

I came in for a patch on my tire that had a screw in it. Steve and his crew are awesome and got me rolling in no time and at a good price.

I was initially told it would take about 45 minutes...service advisor was not aware of vehicles that were from the night before needing finishing first. It would have been nice to be informed that it would be a bit longer...

This was my first time at the Irvine location and it was a good experience. I called before I came and over the phone, your staff was very accommodating and patient with my queries. When I arrived they were still just as great but with the added bonus of a smile included with good service. Everything was done in a timely manner and while I was in the waiting room I could hear interactions with other customers and the employees were just as great with everyone.

This was a great overall experience! All my questions were answered in a professional manner and I was not pushed to purchase services I did not need. The associate took the time to explain tire options and let me make the choice. The installation took about 2 hours (4 tires purchased).

I have dealt with Will several times now and he is top notch in my books. Honest with fair prices. This is my go-to tire and repair shop now. I would highly recommend!
