Everything was clear and service was expeditious, as well as knowledge of the vehicle's history and comments.

The people at this Big O Tire location gave me a much better experience than my previous visits at the location I used to take my vehicle to. Excellent service and treated me with respect.

Everyone is friendly, only thing is the phone. Sometimes you get through right way other times it will take 4 trys

Originally, I came in to the store to have a front headlight replaced. I have been having an ongoing issue with the check tire light, and the manager that was there on Sunday, wanted to get to the bottom of this, and we finally found out that there was a nail in my tire, which was fixed, and also my fob is now working correctly. I appreciated the time that everyone took to fix the two ongoing issues I have had.

Ease of location

Store is always very busy and has long wait times but the intake staff is always as friendly and accommodating as possible.

Knowledgeable and courteous staff, they explained the options and process thoroughly. I did have an issue with the wheel alignment, but it was rectified quickly no issues.
