they got me in on a sunday late in the evening when a different store was too busy for me. this was the irvine store. very helpful very knowledgeable i think his name was adam? anyways great service 10/10

There were a few issues. In the bathroom your dispenser of towels was not working and I mentioned it to the team. There were people that came in after me and left before me and it seem to be closer friendly with the staff. It was a 2 1/2 hour wait to have my car jacked up and have a tire put on it. Overall I will be back I'm just hoping this was

I've come here a few times for my car service. For this situation, one of my tires had a puncture of some sort and they took me in at the last minute. Even though the wait was long I appreciated their help and the issue was fixed. Will definitely return.

My experience was fantastic. Big O Tires were recommended by your neighbors at The Auto Shop and I am happy that they did. The customer service was top-notch and the work done on my vehicle was of high quality. I love the fact that they are not trying to buy more than what you really need. It is annoying when are trying to be sold something unnecessary. Thanks again. I will definitely come back for any other tire needs.
