I had a flat tire out on the freeway. I called Big O told them my problem and said I was in a bit of a hurry. The manager said they were busy but that they would do what they could to get me back on the road. I got there and within an hour I was back on my way. The manager was so nice and the guy that change my tire was very nice and made sure my car and tire was perfect before I headed out.

First time very satisfied customer = new lifetime customer. Great price, solid customer service and qualify work performed quickly. You can't ask for more than that! My dealer quoted me a price for two tires that was twice the amount I paid here for four tires, plus the alignment. They totally earned all my future service maintenance for sure. Thanks again.

Came in because of a nail in the tire. Tire was not yet leaking air but I did not want to remove the nail on my own. Technician removed it easily and I was not charged. Very pleased with the service. Scheduled an appointment the day before with Josh who was very helpful.
