i had a tire pop and had a tiny spare on so i needed to get it fixed asap as i couldnt drive around on it. there wasnt an appt time so i got there 30 minutes before opening time on sunday morning. needed it done quickly because i work on the weekends and couldnt miss any work. the guy working the office came out to greet me 5 minutes before the store opening because he saw me out there waiting. he was very friendly and knowledgeable. he properly quoted me the wait time and pricing and helped consult me through my needs and what would be the best option based on what i told him. his communication was great and i felt listened to.

Staff has always been friendly and helpful in car repairs and maintenance, without trying to sell additional products not needed. Price while not the cheapest is a good value when staff is taken into account. I feel valued as a customer by staff who go out of their way to provide excellent customer service.

I had a tire that needed to be repaired and I didn't have an appointment. I called in advance and the associate told me I could come in that day and he would get the tire fixed. He said it would take about 45 minutes because they were busy. I brought my Jeep to the shop and it was very busy. The Associate checked me in and I was on the road 45 minutes later just like he said. I live in Irvine but never had any work done in your shop before. I will definitely be back.
