I needed Run flat tires for my 2012 BMW. Store had to order them but they came in quickly. Store personnel called me immediately to let me know how fast they arrived and to make an appointment for me. Store was busy. I also purchased 4 wheel alignment on the spot. As they were backed up, it took a bit longer than I thought but store personnel were courteous, very professional and very helpful. Even though this location is farther from my home, I would definitely go back to this location and I will recommend to my friends. Very pleased.

Had to come in for a tire change because of a nail in my front tire. Was told that it would take awhile, but ended up finishing within the hour! Thank you!

Had a punctured tire on the I-5 while passing through Irvine on a 7-hour drive from San Diego. Was able to drive to the location with the bolt still in the tire, arriving 30-mins before closing. "Will" cheerfully and immediately agreed to take care of the tire repair as soon as the other jobs on the floor were finished, staying open a little late and delegating the job to an employee who diligently took care of the repair. I can't believe my luck in being able to quickly get back on the road that night, and the part this Big-O location played in keeping my night from becoming a nightmare. I wish to express my sincere appreciation to the staff at this location (8767 Irvine Center Dr, Irvine, CA 92618) and their cheerful help that night.

The front desk manager Steve Nabor was very helpful and accommodating. I am a returning customer because it’s hard to find a place that doesn’t try to up-sell and add unneeded services...this location fixes what needs to be fixed and stands behind their work.

Called with a battery problem. Saw me 10 minutes later. Took about 20 minutes to replace including diagnosis of the problem. Great service!
