Big O Tires

I used this Big O location for replacing tires on my Jeep this weekend. They did a great job, really fast, and they caught a couple other issues my dealer missed. Jim did an outstanding job, realigned my tires. Jeep drives better than ever. Would use them again absolutely.

Friendliness of staff and how fast service was performed. (Reasonable length of time). I will return for other services

2nd time i have used this Big O. I am very satisfied. Jim and Sean do what they say. They are friendly and professional. i would recommend this store to anyone needed service.

While the product I originally wanted was not in stock at the current location they did call to advise whether I wanted that exact tire or if I was open to a comparable one. Their recommendation was actually better than the one I had selected. From there on, all points of communication echoed the same care for detail and customer service.

This was the 2nd time I had a nail in a tire, on 2 different cars in 3 weeks. Both cars are v. High end (aston Martin and porsche) both times the best option was to replace all four tires. Also replaced brakes on one car. All in all this was the 3rd set of tires I have purchased at this store in the last 3-4 years. ThNk you

Good Job

I went for an oil change and the tire rotation was included which was great because j knew I had to do that soon. They also finished the service really fast and it was so easy.

Called them on Presidents Day evening and Steve was worked with me. Gave me the deal and setup appointment for next day morning. Next day morning went had had all the things done and walked out in an hour and half. Good advice and good service, I always appreciate. One complain the shutdown coffee machine. So had to walk to starbucks.

The manager Will was very polite and professional - exactly what you want as the face of Big O.

Overall the experience at Big O this visit was good. My service was completed in the time promised and at a reasonable price. My only feedback for improvement is the pricing could have been communicated more clearly at the time of check in. I had to ask for this information, it was not offered to me. I had also called on the phone beforehand and did not receive a clear answer about the pricing I inquired for.
