Big O Tires

I came in for a slow leak in a tire. The leak was undetectable so there was no charge. They also did a free alignment check and no alignment was needed. I walked out without having to pay for anything.

I was in a panic woke up w flat and had to catch a plane in just a few hours.. I called and I don't remember the gentlemans name that helped me but he said head over and we'll take care of you.. they got me in and out I made my flight.. my saviors that day. Will was very helpful and accommodating. He was very knowledgeable and easy to talk to.

The amount of time taken was longer than given. A discount was given to make up for the inconvenience. In addition, I had a problem where 2 hub caps fell off my tires within a week of my tires being changed. The sales manager was kind enough to order new hub caps for my tires. That impressed me and will likely make me a long term customer.

I got a flat off the 5 freeway on my way to work, so i was pressed for time. I called them they told me to come in, within 45 minutes they had replaced my flat and given me agreat deal on two tires. Fast reliable, easy service. Thanks to James Waters and the big O tires team .
