Big O Tires

I've used BigO on a few occasions and they always take extra time to not only explain the repairs they recommend, but let you do a question and answer session too. That way, you're sure you need the work. Then they quickly acquire the needed parts, and get you out the door asap.

I came in for a brake light repair but couldn’t resist the great deal on tires!

I've been coming here for years because their service is great and reliable.They don't over-sell me on anything, just tell me what my needs are and what is immediate and what I can wait a little while to do so it's not such a big expenditure.

I have been a frequent customer of Big O Irvine for over 10 years. They make it easy, personal and friendly. I have had major and routine repairs done there. Of course it's a great place for buying tires. On some of the major repairs, when applicable they were able to work through the warranty service. Their hours are longer than any other service I'm aware of as they are open regular hours on the weekend.

I recommend to my son a college student in Irvine to have his vehicle checked by your shop before a short trip . All his repair needs where taken care of with professional and quality service . Peace of mind for me as a parent of a young college student . Thank you! Mr Garcia .

Everything went very smoothly. I read the specs on the alignment, and I don't believe I needed an alignment.

Needed an oil change at 90k miles. The service rep, Rick at the Irvine, Ca shop was super cordial and while the car was getting the service, came in with a few other services needed to keep the 100k warranty valid. That is quality service to me.
