The service writer was amicable and engaging - definitely not a high pressure, up-sell kind of place. The technicians were helpful and quite knowledgeable. The physical store itself could use some better organization and storage. The front area was somewhat cluttered and unkept. The hallway to the restrooms was piled with items that should be stored elsewhere. But, hey, let's get real. It's an automotive repair shop - not some posh, luxury café - how else would you expect it to look, right?

Purchased my tires from Big O in September. Received a reminder in the mail to get them rotated, together with a coupon for a discount for service. Called ahead, and it was very busy, so I turned up on Sunday morning, first thing. Super quick, polite and NO CHARGE. Car is running smoothly and I'm glad I stopped in. Will purchase my next tires there too.

The dealer was able to find hard-to-get tires that fit my vehicle.

Office Manager was awesome - I scheduled a last- minute appointment night before for 1 tire, he called me first thing next AM, checked my Porsche, I needed 4 tires - I had to be in San Diego for a client meeting that morning so I was rushed - he got 4 tires brought in from "where-ever" and had me out of the shop by 10AM and on my way.

Had gotten a guote about a month ago and they beat my price. Fast friendly and out the door in an hour. Great experience.

Went in on my lunch break and they were super busy, but still able to schedule me for when I got off work. When I arrived they were ready for me and were able to offer exactly what I needed and got it done super fast. Highly recommend this place for quick and easy service.

I've been taking my family cars (7) to Big-O for years. I was dissatisfied with Good Year, Dealer, Firestone... A friend suggested using his mechanic (Shawn) at Big-O. I've been following Shawn for years following him from store to store and I will continue to do so. He is why I take my cars to Big-O.
