Big O Tires

Felix and the staff was very nice to check my tires on a Sunday afternoon. Check both front tires and it was low with air pressure. They put air and reset my tire pressure light and did not charge me.

He was very nice and helpful. Went above and beyond to help us out and give us a good deal. Didn’t make us feel rushed . Will be back again when we need tires .

This was, by far, the most efficient experience I've ever had at a tire retailer. I had a nail in the sidewall of my car, Big O had the same tire in stock (amazing), and Armando Espinosa provided excellent customer service. Best of all...I was literally in and out of there in less than 15 minutes!! Great job Big O!!

I felt I was getting a trusted service from this Big O store. William Pineda was very friendly and honest.

I came in a for a simple reason. I just had nitrogen put in my to tires in order to replace the air. Everybody was super friendly and it took half the time I expected. I actually go to this location every time I need nitrogen, because it is so hard to find.

Scheduled the appointment online. At scheduled appointment tires were purchased and installed. Friendly service, fair price.

Service was at the speed of light. Amazing Staff!!!!

I brought my car in earlier this week to have a tire replaced after having a nail go through my sidewall. From beginning to end the tire was taken off and replaced within 15 minutes. The gentleman working were a pleasure and made the process simple and easy.

Made an appt to see what was the cause of a slow leak in my tire. They found out it could not be fixed and were unable to order the tire. At least I knew the problem and can now move forward. There was no charge for their service.
