Big O Tires

I first took my car in for an oil change a couple years back because it's conveniently close to work. I'll keep coming here because they've always been friendly and honest with me. Service is pretty quick as well. It's nice to take my car in just for an oil change and not given a list of things wrong with it along with a $900 estimate. :)

We had a problem trying to get the $70 plus $70 rebate on the tires - I don’t think I did them correctly

I walked in. Took 20 mins wait before someone helped me. I discussed what I needed done. They took care of the problem and made good recommendations and educated me on what my car's problem was

I came in after having my flat tire removed by AAA. The technician met me at my car and removed the flat from my trunk and confirmed that it needed to be replaced. He ordered a tire right away and in a few days called me to say that it was in. When I drove up to get my new tire, he greeted me by name and said to make myself comfortable in the customer waiting area, said there was free Wi-Fi, and in just a few minutes my car was ready. He let me know about how long it would be before my other tires would need replacing so I could keep my eye on those in the future. Great service again.

Been a customer for years and have always been satisfied.

It's always a great experience at Big O in Irvine. Friendly staff, high quality service...all the confidence that they are doing right by the customer. I will continue to refer people to that store.

Sunday and Big o tires was open for great service

The gentleman that helped me was very knowledgeable and ready to assist. I had a flat tire and AAA brought me there so I was not greeted at the door but I had talked with him on the phone.

I had a leaky tire and found out that because the tires were worn needed replacement. received an excellent deal on 4 new tires that was more than half less than mercedes. They also did a front end alignment and everything was excellent.

that particular tire shop seems to be so much better managed. The other tire shops in the are so chaotic and crowded. Big-O solved many of my tire issues in the past and oil change also.

I got a flat tire on the freeway. I stopped at a service staion, asked where to go, and 5 different people recommended this Big O store. I understand why. Although they hadpeople on lunch break, they found a way to get my car done quickly. I am grateful!
