Steve is a great communicator. Very pleased with service.

I am coming here 100% for everything to do with my car. The service is great but the people working there are awesome. Truly appreciate the friendliness. This place is awesome and they get the job done well and quick. The manager is also super nice and everyone just wants to help you out. I would recommend this place to everyone!

I am very impressed with Steve Hase, the manager, of this shop. he is very knowledgeable and very professional in this role. i would highly recommend my colleagues and family to visit Big O in Costa Mesa, because of Steve and his customer skills. i believe this shop is very busy due to him and his care for the customers. thank you and i have been a repeat customer. i have brought my Lexus 430SC for 4 new tires and now i have just purchased 4 new tires for my Audi Q7. i am considering to bring my Porsche 911, but, i shall wait. i would bring it because of Steve but i have my Porsche shops handling that for now since it is a specialized car. John explained everything very well and the service happened quickly

I went in for emergency repairs on my vehicle a few weeks ago. They pointed out that I also needed new tires and they were having a buy 2 get 2 free special that weekend. As it was, I had a hard time coming up with the money for the necessary repairs just to get the car running, so I let them know that I would have to pass on the deal and get new tires at a later date. The manager told me that he would honor the deal, no matter when I got the tires replaced. Incredibly generous and accommodating. They also gave me a ride to work.

I came in with a flat tire. Was greeted by the manager who took my car in. Explained that I needed a new tire at a reasonable price. I was in and out in less than an hour.

My only "puzzlement" was the fact I had to buy ANOTHER Warranty for this replacement tire (when the original tire being replaced was already covered under a Warranty from when I originally bought them) that made no sense to me, why wouldn't the existing warranty just be transferred to this new tire? In any event they were quick, polite & very efficient. I will go read the "fine print" on the original contract, but is the "warranty" just something that prevents you from having to pay for a tire? nothing else is covered? Just trying to wrap my head around the $52 cost to "fix" a tire under Warranty.

I was treated with respect, my flat tire was repaired in a timely matter and they made sure my tire pressure was good in all tires. Positive experience

Excellent service! Came from Colorado to visit family and had some vehicle problems. Took it in to the closest Big O Tire and they re-aligned my vehicle free of charge and recommended some needed services.

Bob the service associate was very professional and efficient. Highly recommend.

I am lucky and I am treated well here because I have a Big O across the street from my office and I have been bringing my cars here for 20 years. But this does not take away from the trustworthiness (rare today) and skilled mechanics that work here. Always quick to get you in for an oil change (28 bucks) killer deal. Nails in tires fixed quick when the idiot lights come on. Good dudes here.

I buy all my tires here as other local places treat you like jerks and guys here always friendly.

called in ahead of time was advised to bring my vehicle right in. Low pressure in one tire proved to be a large nail. Waited for repair and was very happy (as always) with the overall condition of the premises and the thoroughness of all staff.

Of course, I could go anywhere to get an oil change, but I choose Big O on 17th Street in Costa Mesa as my trusted all repair for my car. The reason I choose Big O it's because of Steve and David and now the new addition, Alex.
