I had a roofing nail in my tire and was leaking air on a Sunday morning. After calling 3 trie shops on a Sunday pulling off the Freeway - BIG O (Costa Mesa, CA) was open, took me right away, got me fixed up and I was on my way again. John the manager could not have been any nicer and accommodating. So much so I got a quote for four new tires to purchase in April/May. Thank you John and Big O!!!

They do good work. I’m always satisfied with their work and I think the price I paid is comparable to the work I receive. They’re very friendly, always wanting to accommodate as best they can even when they are being asked to take on a lot more in a day than they can possibly do they try to accommodate. I trust them to do a good job and to back up their work if I’m not satisfied.
