Team was very friendly, kind, and genuine. Let me know the couple of minor items that needed to be addressed in my car but otherwise praised it for it's good condition. Fairly fast service, and good advice. Team even installed one piece that they found broken for free, (all I had to do was go buy the piece from the dealership). Overall feel very comfortable with the team and BigO. I feel they will be honest and provide services at fair prices.

I'm very pleased with my overall experience at this location. It all started out with a phone conversation with Steve where I asked if they had my tire size in stock and what the estimated total cost would be. Steve quickly put my tires on order and I was notified that my tires came in the next day. When I got to the store Steve greeted me right away and I requested additional service to have my brakes checked out as they were making a loud noise while reversing. Steve was able to determine the root cause and suggested I have my 2 front rotors turned which took care of the brake noise. I was anticipating all my brakes to be replaced even though they were fairly new, but just made a lot of noise due to past installation at another brake shop unrelated to Big O Tires. This by far exceeded my expectation as I was able to accomplish all the necessary repairs/replacement on my car. Steve, Alex and the rest of the staff should be recognized for all their hard work, attention to detail, knowledge about tires and cars in generals. I will certainly bring my car back for all my future maintenance. Thank you to all the staff for being professionals.
