Staff was very courteous and helpful. Did everything to accommodate my tight schedule and got me back on the road expeditiously.

John was amazing from beginning to end. Clearly explained tire options, treadware value and so forth. I have brought my vehicles to this location before with some tire issues related to low tire pressure warnings. John and his crew pumped up my tires to my suprise no charge. I returned for a nail in the tire and ultimately four new tires shortly after. Won't go anywhere else!

Steve the manager was extremely accommodating and knowledgeable about the issues I was having about tires, suspension. He was patient in my requesting quotes on tires and took the time to explain all the features of different tires and price points. With staff like Steve you will always have my business....it does not always come down to price...with his attentiveness to my situation and issues I will always come back...he is a great asset for Big O!

The staff at the Newport Beach/17 St. location were helpful and gave good advice on which tires to buy.

I received an inspection and estimate of needed repairs and an estimate. There was no cost even though I can no have the repairs made at this time.
