No stars , complete failure if that exists ! Went in for alignment left with a car in worse shape as far as alignment . It was claimed that My tires have a condition because they were on the wrong side , directional , they put my front tires going the wrong way and stated they were now on right . Worse than that they only used a air gun on my lugs which were over torqued to over 150 lbs . Torque is 100 lbs . From a mechanic !

You guys lost our friends tire rim!! And no comp on her new tire that she has to wait on for a few more days because you have to order a new rim! Hm. Really bad customer service! Not acceptable!

A flat tire is always a stressful situation. The team at the Costa Mesa Big O fixed my problem with a smile and spread kindness that turned my day around. What a joy to work with people like that. I’ll return again for my next tire service and more!

I did not have a good experience when came here. John was not helpful and I feel I was taken advantage of. I was sold a warranty that I was not told I would pay extra for. Nor did I agree to purchasing this warranty. I returned the next day to cancel the warranty and get I refund. After I left I saw online that the tires I purchased were buy 3 get 1 free. I was not given this deal and charged for all four tires. So now I need to return once again to get another refund. I also don't appreciate your practice of having customers digitally sign their invoice before they have even seen it. If you want to make this right and help change my experience you can refund the money I paid for the fourth tire without me having to come back in for the third time.

Staff was busy yet very courteous. They provided 3 options of tire choice, clearly explained the fees. Also offered help suggestions for a nearby restaurant where we could spend some wait time.

I will never recommend or utilize the services of Big O ever again. Tried to make a reservation on the phone, was put on hold and finally hung up after about 10 minutes. Three of the four Big O brand tires I purchased were defective. Never offered any compensation but rather told there was no defect and that the tires were damaged by normal road hazard pinching??!!! A completely b.s. reason, clearly made so that Big O did not have to honor any warranties.

I was charged $16 for Nitrogen that I didn't ask for. It wasn't mentioned when I was giving an estimate even though it was added on the estimate sheet also.

What a frustrating experience!!! I had an appointment for my brakes & rotors to be changed I had already been to 2 different shops & knew EXACTLY what was wrong & explained it to David. He offered me a free brake inspection and said it would take an hour to hour in a half to check them out. I walked around wasting my day & called him after not hearing ANYTHING for 2 hours! He said give me a MINUTE and called me back 1 HOUR LATER! And guess WHAT??? He repeated to me what I had told him 3 HOURS EARLIER!! I needed new brakes & rotors! WOW! I then had to wait while he got the parts I needed and installed them! What is an appointment for???? Had David said this is going to take all day I would have been fine but he didn't he kept trying to act like it was going to be quick! I understand being busy but I don't understand bad customer service. He then got us a ride with some yahoo to Long Beach who drove like an asshat & told us how much he hated fords, IPhones, traffic and whatever other topic came up. I guess I'll take my FORD & my iPhone elsewhere next time!!

I went to big o tires in February of this year and got my brake pads and back rotors replaced and by July my brakes were screeching. Because of travel and personal reasons I wasn't able to get to big o tires until last weekend. When I got there the manager Steve was really short with me and tried to tell me they were already squeaking again because I got the cheapest pads. that is unacceptable big o. Just because someone purchases the lowest priced option doesn't mean they have an inferior product and should be treated as a lesser customer. Anyway - he told me he had already gone ahead and did some work and I had already run up a bill before he even called to make sure it was okay. He said he already upgraded my brake pads ( he was giving me a "deal" for getting the premium set ) and that I needed to replace my front rotors. Okay fine - then he tries to charge me close to $500 and then when I ask what it's all for I discover he has tallied in the most premium parts and a flush of my brake fluid. Unacceptable again - he should have walked me through everything and not tried to just rip me off blindly. Then finally when we get everything sorted out I come to pick up the car and my wheel rims are covered in oil and all my windows have hand prints all over them. For the 4 hours they had my car ( btw they were not busy - they were free enough to be sitting inside watching tv when I passed he shop a couple times) they could have at least cleaned up their mess a little. I really thought I could rely on such a respected name but I am so disappointed. I will never be returning to any big o tires.
