While I was greeted when I brought my car in and they changed the tires promptly and fit me in I did not appreciate big o trying to become my regular mechanic nor did I appreciate being told that something was leaking (axle boot) when it was not. I have a very good honest mechanic in Costa Mesa and am not looking for another one. I would appreciate my decision being respected by big o and also was not thrilled to see that I had been signed up for maintenance reminders from car fax when I am not interested in having big o do maintenance on my car besides tires. I was told my axle boot was leaking and i would need to replace it. Immediately after the visit I went to my regular mechanic who inspected my car and said my axle boots were both fine.

Thought the prices for the tires was fair, but the prices for installing tires, alignment and additional fees made the purchase pretty pricey.

had a shimmy in the car, i thought it was the tires, they thought it was the transmission, it was actually the middle U-Joint. They made a mistake. Maybe more training would be good.

MY car had a nail in the back left tire so I went online and set up an appointment. I showed up 15 minutes early and the dealership staff took great care of me and my car. My new tire was installed and I was in and out in less than one hour.

Rotating tires once new tires are put on is part of getting tires done. Not sure why I had to ask for my older tires to be put in front. Also, when I don't want an alignment check I don't want it. I have an old junky car with minor transmission issues and a leaky engine. I am saving for a new car. Really did not appreciate being pulled into throwing money on a slowly dying car.

Easy experience. No gimmicks. They were knowledgeable and recommended additional services based on the thorough inspection, but did not push any additional service on me that I did not want

Had a coupon to make the oil change + tire rotation affordable, but drop off and turn around time was a bit slow as only one person is working the desk and phones.

After opening oil sells that said we don't have a oil filter which takes two hours to finish it and I miss my appointment and this is not good

I asked to have a tire checked due to low pressure and a possible screw in tire. To proceed, the counter person had me sign an estimate for $35 to repair the tire. Some time passes and I ask about the situation. The counter person then told me the repair was done and the car is almost ready. I wanted to understand the condition of the tire as I was considering purchasing some new tires if that one was damaged and the two front tires are low on tread. So I paid the $35, which is a lot for a patch, and left.

Went in for a tire balance and rotation. After their work the car seemed to vibrate. Had to take it to another mechanic to fix their work...they over inflated the tires.

Over the past 4 years, I have purchased tires, brakes, multiple alignments, oil changes, and other maintenance services for my car. I have spent thousands ($4200.00) to keep my car running. I am not well educated in car mechanics, so I rely on those who greet me at the door. Do they truthfully evaluate my car maintenance needs? Big O does NOT care for me, but I know the employees are instructed to sell and sell more. I am thankful they were opened on Labor Day to replace my flat tire.

Very rude and unfriendly service. Alignment check not offered despite requested. Had "to argue" to get work done and wait for it to be looked after all was supposedly done. Not sure if work was actually done given poor attitude of desk person, yelling his frustrations at workers and cussing in front of my daughter and me. Amazing how you say for tires and warranty service and have to beg to get work done. Horrible attitude from people.

First I would like to say that the office members were very helpful in listening to my concerns about being very careful with my wheels . I even had him write on the invoice to be careful. I get my car back and my rims are scratched. The technician says he doesn't understand how but if you look at it he did not use a extension on the right rear and used one on the left rear. Another technician tried to fix it by cleaning but it was too deep. I have tried to not hover over people but if your technicians are going to damage my wheels and say you don't know what happens I'll find someone who cares. Not A Happy Customer!

John M. was helpful with my problem and provided recommendations for other services possibly needed. The shop looked busy, but the wait wasn't long and I was updated regularly on the progress.
