The manager was kind & curtioues, they got us in & out in a timely manner.

Great Customer Service from Managers and Employees. I purchased tires and drove in with the spare tire. They reassembled the spare very nicely so I did not have to deal with it.

Took awhile to notify me when car was finished

Took a little longer than I anticipated, but the service and people are nice.

Showed up early for my appointment. They took my car right back. Gave me the price to repair my tire upfront and I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. Very professional and friendly staff.

After doing some research I realized that this model Scion has had issues with the oil pan and drain plug However, there was no mention made of that issue on my xB and Im hoping with fingers crossed that there will not be. Transmission serviced, oil changed and cabin air filter replaced...hope this will get me a few thousand miles more down the road without issue.

After many experiences at other locations, I tend to value great customer service. It was a fresh start walking into this location, receiving honest feedback and attentive staff who help me with my vehicle breaks. I value customer service and everyone in this location made me feel comfortable.

I HAD TO GO TO THE LEXUS DEALER THE NEXT DAY BECAUSE MY TIRE LIGHT CAME ON. I NEEDED MORE TIRE PRESSURE.

I appreciate Alex when I made the appointment, checking out and the follow up call to tell me that he didn't have a tool to do the work - I didn't get the long list of things I needed work on as promised so I will call him. I made an appointment because a different store told me they didn't have time to work on my car previously. When I went for my appointment the shop got busy, I was rushed out and told multiple things that they did not have time to check or do as part of my courtesy because I did not have time. I was told I did not have time so many times I kept saying it, but I made the time and said I DID have time knowing it would take time to get the car taken care of, I was rushed out and didn't appreciate it but the persons there were nice. My car needed more attention and wasn't given it because of the rush - disappointed but I will recommend anyone go there, take time off work because when they are busy, they are too busy... my car still needs the courtesy items checked and I will have to go elsewhere. Thank you.

Good friendly service

Big O needs to figure out a way to align vehicles with really expensive aftermarket wheels. I just had my truck aligned and each wheel had permanent damage from the sensors that were attached to the rims. I clean the wheels regular myself so I have a very good memory of any damage that is existing on each wheel. I always inspect after any work has been done to my truck that involves the rims. Other shops I have taken my truck to have been great when it comes to handling with care other than one instance from the dealer. I mentioned it to your manager and he acted like it didn't happen and never apologized. I work with the public on the daily working on private properties and any damage or customer complaints is handled immediately to satisfy the customer and it was not handled at all in my case. I have 4 vehicles that I take to big O regularly but not anymore.

Steve and John and the whole staff extremely kind and they work great under pressure. Will definitely trust my car in there hands always a pleasure .. they never disappoint. Fiorella

Everything was just ok. Car seems to run rougher after I got it back. Took it in for brakes.

I had a fairly simple nail removal/flat repair. It was handled appropriately.

I wrote a really good yelp review after the service I got for patching my tire, but I regret it. I told them that patch the tire only if it's a permanent fix. Otherwise replace the tire. They said all was needed was patching. Within 24 hours, the tire was flat again. I was really inconvenient since I drive long distances for work, have 2 young kids, and was going on a international trip the next day. I went back and they will not repatch for free nor discount the price I paid for replacing the tire. Service is great, but I don't know about expertise.
