would be nice if the waiting area, restrooms and showroom were upgraded/cleaner realize its small space

I came in the pouring rain to get a tire repaired (nail in it). Not much, but they jumped right on and got it done in less than 30 mins. Team worked well together and were helpful to phone and walk in customers.

They were so nice to fix my tire and not charge me. However, the guy that took my number down didn't write it down properly and I was never notified my car was done.

Services were clearly listed but without prices.To me that means I should get a quote elsewhere and negotiate if I want to use Big O.

Other than the problem with scheduling my appointment, everything went well. I had scheduled an appointment online, received confirmation and reminders, and the store had no record of it.

Compliments to "Steve". When I go alone to any auto related service I immediately have my guard up that I will be taken advantage of (I am female). This was not the case whatsoever. Additionally, Steve and repairman discovered an alignment issue that Steve suggested would be covered by the Toyota warranty I have on the car. So rather then trying to tell me I needed this special kit to fix this problem, he recommended going back to the dealer. Well -- gold star for Steve!
