we got 4 new tires and a wheel alignment the tires look great and the service was good i requested a print out of the alignment specs but was told the printer wasn't working and i didn't get any description or guarantee on the tires i believe the work was done but liked to have the paper work with it! a response would be nice thanks frank umansky

Everything was great as far as them getting the tires quick and meeting my timeline. Just going in to get tires that are $57 each (great deal) and after all the fees adding up to almost as much as the price of the tires them self. Spending $393 before tax was a little surprising. I'm sure all the fees anf stuff make perfect sense. But just seems a little silly spending $40 extra per $57 tire.

The communication from ordering until the car was ready for pick up was spot on. And the detail of information when we picked up the vehicle was very informative

It was a pretty average experience. The tires I had selected online were not available at the store, even though it said it did, and so I had to spend more money than I was originally planning. I still went with the tires that were recommended at the time and overall the time it took was pretty standard. I have no particular negative feelings, however. It was all just okay.

They know what was needed to do my job very nice people made me feel welcome. Quick service less than 1hr.

Stopped by in need of Nitrogen for tires on recently purchased 2016 Jeep. David was helpful, curtious and offered to give first too off free. Explained the Nitrogen Service contract for lifetime of tires. I ended up purchasing the contract and my tires were brought back to 36 psi. I would recommend your shop. Quick, easy to drive in and appears to be somewhere where I can stop by quickly when in need . Thank you!

In and out for exactly the work I asked for, no fuss. Friendly and neighborly. Simple. Not like that last guy, he had me looking for other places to do tires. Now I'll come back without hesitation.

Big O tires has professional tire technician , auto mechanic and also had a professional office personnels.

Only downside was I had to make three trips in to get the job done, which wasn't convenient. Otherwise, YAY!

The guys are always friendly and receptive when I come there. They don’t act like I’m a do do because I’m a female. I will be back!

I have visited this store on two different times. Both times there was a waiting period but seemed to be ok. They got the job done & I was gone. I've had extended waiting times at the store in Orange. Don't know if they are busy or just did not want to do the job. Both stores seemed to have about the same amount of business when I arrived. The Newport store was busy a 8:30 am and requested I return at approx. 2pm, No problem. Got there and they seemed busier than 8:30 am. In & out in approx 45-50min. for a flat tire repair. The orange store at 7:50 am was approx a 45min wait until someone could start the tire repair. My recommendation was based on overall experiences at all stores. Had a tire repair at the one on Imperial Hwy. Yorba linda I think. They were very busy and it was late but they got it done faster than I was told.

Trust. Have used this Big O for years and always been satisfied.
