the fact they took me without an appointment. the very reasonable pricing.installing the wiper blades I had purchased at another store for no charge. recommending I replace my air filter,which they did and rotating my tires. not trying to pressure me for anything.

Your advertising is concerning. It said spend over $199.00 and receive $50.00 off. Not given. Said I had to buy 4 tires, but that was a separate add that was 4 tires for price of 3. Very disappointed. Felt like bate and switch. Will try other tire store next time. Too bad.

I have been purchasing tires for years at Big O Tires. The price for tires and service is excellent which is why I always return when I need tires.

Friday afternoons are probably not the best time to try and get service. The place was very busy and I didn't get out until almost 7pm.

Absolute no bs and price was under what they had quoted and was done in a day.

Came in to repair faulty valve stem sensor as tire kept losing air fast. They fixed it in about an hour and didn't charge me as this same problem had occurred in November 2016 and was repaired by you guys. So, someone didn't install it right the first time as it only lasted a few months.

John and Steve were great to work with and everything was done quickly and efficiently

The district manager called me for a follow up for a review I submitted. I really appreciated that there for I will still continue my business with big O in the future and change my 3 star to a 4.

I used to use this location 10 years ago and had a lot of issues with the service. But 10 years later now I am very satisfied and will return.
