I’m from out of town and had a low tire with a screw in the tread. This Big O was open much earlier then the other tire shops in the area which allowed us to continue with our plans without changing anything.

The staff was friendly and helpful! I went in on my lunch and they communicated with me in a timely manner what the status of my vehicle was and when I would be able to pick it up which was very helpful!

Steve (manager) is always there when we need him, treats us like family. What ever you're paying him you should triple it, people that deliver that level of customer experience are hard to come by.

Been to other shops in the area ,the 17th street Costa Mesa store is by far the best shop in the Orange county, we will definitely be using their service for all automotive repairs and tires. Thank you Steve for all your help

I was having a crazy day, I just got home from an out of state trip and I had a flat tire. I took it to Big O not sure if they would be able to fix it that afternoon as it was New Year’s Eve. They were so helpful and were able to fix my tire. Everyone was so helpful and genuinely nice.It turned my stressful situation into an enjoyable one. I really appreciate all they did! Awesome staff and great service!
