I just got treated badly by the place I was going for oil changes and stopped by there and got fair treatment

We walked in with no appointment, expecting to shop for tires. John showed us what would be good options for us and we decided to go with his recommendations. We decided what tires to buy and he said they could do it right then. In a short time, we drove out with a new set of tires at a great price. He and Steve were very friendly and knowledgeable. A great experience.

I had a large nail between the treads and asked them to remove it for me and patch if necessary. I also asked them to let me know if tires needed rotating. Turned out the nail went in sideways between the treads and did not puncture the tire so there was no charge! I chose to come back to THIS Big O Tire because I liked them every time I have needed help with tires. I referred my coworker to cross the street and have them help with her tires as well. They are great and I will come back for all my tire needs in the future!
