Most important, I was acknowledged as soon as I got out of the car, and was helped at the desk right away. I did get different opinions on tires, so it seems that it would generally be a good idea to get a second opinion, or third before you plunk down $800 for new boots. As usual, they completed the work when they promised, and gave me a comprehensive list of other possible issues for future consideration. Overall, the usual great experience.

Steve and John were very professional and knew what they were doing! I bought 4 new tires for an old car and it’s nice getting it back on the road. I bought Pirelli tires a year or so ago for another car and I won’t go anywhere else! BIG O 17th Street in Costa Mesa is trustworthy!

The guys were awesome. The car's breaks are so much better and the new tires ride great. My breaks went out in Costa Mesa so I had no choice to use them, but it worked out good. Service and work were great, just more than I had hoped to spend at the time.

Good service

Everything went well minus they bent an alignment tab on my truck that I later found out about. They were helpful but I'm disappointed that this has happened and I was not notified. I was told by someone else looking at my truck that this easily happens with my truck so don't be mad. But I was never told about it.....
