The service manager knew the product and suggested tires which were cheaper and higher quality than the brand I had in mind. I received an excellent deal.

Office help was super friendly and my car was done quickly. I had a nail in my tire, so I'd called ahead to see how busy they were. The shop was pretty busy, but they had me repaired and ready to go before I could even finish my lunch next door. I'd definitely recommend Big O.

I had an emergency situation I got a flat tire just as I was driving past big O, I’ve always used their service for many of our vehicles, they were just closing and were able to look at my car right away and determine it needed a new tire which they took care of immediately the next day

They changed my oil and balanced my tires while I waited. I had coffee, TV and they finished on time. Great experience.
